Lincoln Access Rewards New Member Earning Program
To accelerate loyalty and deepen engagement, we launched a new earning category for freshly onboarded Lincoln Access Rewards members. The goal: activate behavioral KPIs early—by prompting users to complete profiles and preference settings—while affirming our customer-centric luxury brand narrative.
Ford + Lincoln Rewards Loyalty
This project involved a redesign of key moments in the “Missing Points” journey for customers engaged in the Lincoln Access Rewards or Ford Rewards loyalty programs. Our task: craft solutions, within the existing rewards experience, to more effectively offer moments of discovery and self-servicing for problem resolution. Our efforts were driven by critical client KPIs to reduce call center volume related to missing points queries.

Working with agency clients means there are limitations on the level of detail I’m able to provide on certain projects. Within those limitations I'd like to share an exploratory project. A larger team focused on the mobile first design of this automotive retailer’s landing pages while I was tasked with prioritizing the evolution of the global primary menu navigation IA.
Client: Ford, Global Own
The SYNC + Maps update case study examines the evolution of the online update process for Ford’s (in-vehicle) operating software and navigation software. This study reviews the prior live state of the European and North American experiences and my human centered design approach to bridge the two disparate experiences into one cohesive, global experience.

A contact database resource for medical professionals allowing users to tap into a database of users to efficiently access information and connect critical personnel along the patient care spectrum.
Museum Mate
Helping locals and visitors of major metropolitan areas navigate their options when it comes to museums featuring access to current exhibits, purchasing tickets, engaging in interactive gallery views and real time museum maps.
